To protect the integrity of our collections and ensure the highest standards for all customers, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we are happy to provide exchanges on eligible items that have not been worn or altered.
As a courtesy to our clients, we offer exchanges only on items that are unworn, unaltered and in pristine condition, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, with 14 days of the original transaction. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alterations or special orders are not eligible for exchange.
All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
